What am I supposed to do with my membership?

After signing up through your invite email, you should have received a welcome email with a link to install your membership card to your phone wallet (Apple or Google wallet app). Installing it should be as easy as installing an airplane or movie ticket on your phone. This card makes all your member benefits very easy to access at all times.

On the front of your card, you'll find:
- Your balance
- How much you earn per click
- Your QR code, so that your referral link can easily be scanned by an in-person friend or family member

On the back of your card (when you have the card open in the Apple or Google wallet app, tap the three-dots button on the top, right corner), you'll find all your member benefits in one place:

- You can manage your rewards by tapping "Go to Portal"
- You can copy your referral link if you want to send it to someone
- And stay tuned for more. We'll be adding some surprises here soon!

You'll be notified each time someone clicks on or makes a purchase through your shared link(s). Need help? Feel free to reach out to our friends at [email protected]. We'll also notify you if a brand new benefit is added to the back of your membership card.

Where can I share?

Anywhere you can share a link: Instagram, Text, Snapchat, WhatsApp, TikTok, Email, Airdrop, and more.

If you want to share with people who are in-person, we suggest that you simply pull up your membership card in the Apple or Google Wallet app on your phone, so that they can scan your referral link QR code.

Can I share specific products or collections?

Notice that when you are logged in to the Portal (your balance will be showing) on a computer, the Portal pop-up follows you when you navigate from page to page on the website. Here, any page (a product page, collection page, etc.) on the site becomes a referral link. Simply find a page you are interested in sharing and click on the "Copy my referral link" button in the Portal pop-up to share it.

When you are logged in to the Portal on your phone, the Portal will appear fullscreen. Tap the close button to minimize the Portal and navigate to a page you are interested in sharing. Then reopen the Portal to click on the "Copy my referral link" button in the Portal pop-up to share it.

When/How will I get paid out?

Earnings can be redeemed when you earn your first sale (placed through your shared referral link). After your first sale, a "Cash Out" button will appear when you're logged in to the Portal. It might take 1-2 days for you to receive your payout. Thanks for being patient!

Keep in mind that you don't need to worry about providing your personal information for receiving payment at the start. When you're paid out, you will receive an email with clear and simple instructions on how to receive your payment.

I lost my Portal link—where can I find it.

Simply go to the back of your membership card by tapping on the three-dots button on the top, right. You'll see that "Go to Portal" is the first link on this screen. This will always be here!

If you accidentally uninstalled your membership card and deleted all of our welcome emails, contact [email protected] and include which email you used to sign up for a membership account. We'll give you your link to install your membership card in no time!

Can I change my email?

If you want to change the email that you use to log in to your Portal and receive member updates, please send a request to [email protected]. In this email request, make sure to send your current and new email addresses in this request, and sent this request from your current email address (to verify that this is really you).

Why was my membership account flagged?

Plain and simple, we are all about rewarding authentic sharing. We reserve the right to flag and freeze accounts that engage in suspicious activity, which includes but is not limited to: excessive clicks from a single IP address, clicks that exhibit bot-like behavior, and/or excessive clicks that do not lead to shopping activity. If you believe your account was flagged in error, please contact [email protected] with “Flagged Account” in the subject line.
